All our Products are either made in India and/or from abroad.

Are your products safe to/for use on babies?

Our products are tested & approved, first, before being sold. Hence, they are definitely safe for use on babies.

Are your products tried and/or tested on Animals?

None of our products are tried or tested on animals. They are all tested in laboratories without the use of animals ever being involved.

Return policy

What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

The minimum order value is only Rs300.

Once I place my order, what happens next?

After you have placed your order, you shall receive a confirmation email. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way. Once your order has been shipped out, you shall get a notification of the same. Please note: It sometimes takes upto 24 hours for the tracking (the shipping details) to be updated,or to reflect, after an order is placed.

How do I change my billing address and other personal details?

You need to login into your Softsens account, where you can change the address and also update new information related to your profile.Please note: We strongly suggest that you make the necessary changes to your shipping address BEFORE you place your order with us. This would help reduce the chances of issues occurring during the time of delivery of your order.

Can I return a product?

Definitely. If you’re not satisfied with the product received, you can return the product within 10 days of purchase (provided that the product is still in its original packaging, with tags and has not been worn, washed or tampered with). Products that have been purchased during a sale/promotion/cost reduction period cannot be returned. All you need to do is send us an email on returns@softsensbaby.com

Shipping & Delivery

What parts of India do you deliver orders to?

We deliver orders all across India. However, we recommend that you
put in your PINCODE at the time of selecting a product to make sure your PINCODE is serviceable.

What are the delivery charges?

All orders above ₹ 499 are eligible for free shipping within India. For orders below ₹ 499, there is an additional delivery charge of ₹ 50 when you checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business working days. However, in certain rare circumstances, the order may
take a little longer to get dispatched. After dispatch, it will take between 3 to 5 business working days for major cities and about 7 to 10 days for remote locations. For certain remote areas, which are not serviceable by major courier partners, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 7-10 days depending on the location.

What if I want to make a change to the delivery address?

We completely understand. All you need to do is either email us on orders@softsensbaby.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91 9833360298 and inform us of the desired changes. However, we suggest that you do this as soon as possible after the order is placed.

How can I keep a track of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, located in Mumbai, India, you will receive an email with the name of the courier company as well as the tracking ID/Number. You will be able to track your order easily using these details.
